Our practice manages all other endocrine conditions such as (but not necessarily limited to) cholesterol disorders, menopause, andropause (the aging male), polycystic ovarian syndrome, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, growth disorders, pubertal disorders and disturbances of electrolytes (such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphate).

Obesity Surgery
Obesity is a chronic, complex metabolic illness. It is the underlying cause of many diseases including (but not limited to) type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension and several forms of cancer e.g. breast cancer and colon cancer.
In morbidly overweight patients obesity surgery is the most effective way to achieve and maintain weight loss as well as to significantly improve metabolic health. We are part of the Midlands Bariatric Unit and provide a surgical service.
